Enrique and Trisha Arias opened Centro Neighborhood Kitchen in the summer 2020, bringing a blend of traditional Mexican cuisine with several dashes of contemporary. Enrique is a native of Tacoma and comes from a long line of  restauranteurs, hailing from the state of Jalisco in Mexico. Trisha is a Burien native who loves a good veggie taco! Centro features several vegetarian and vegan option alongside their meaty counter parts.
